Adam Meggido is an English writer, performer, and director. He is perhaps best known for his work in improvised theatre, being the co-creator/director of Showstopper! The Improvised Musical, the first improvised show ever to win an Olivier Award (Best Entertainment and Family 2016). He regularly directs for Mischief Theatre: Peter Pan Goes Wrong for London's West End (Apollo Theatre 2015-16 and 2016–2017); Broadway (2023); Canada (2021-2); Italy (2019-2020); New Zealand/Australia (2018); and numerous UK national tours. The show was nominated for an Olivier Award (Best New Comedy); three Drama Desk Awards (including Best Director); three Critics’ Circle Awards (including Best Director); a Drama League Award; and was filmed by the BBC. He is also the director of Magic Goes Wrong London West End 2019-2021) also nominated for a Best New Comedy Olivier Award.
